Welcome to Doodio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of doodio.store (the "Site") and the purchase of any products from us. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us
Doodio sells premium pet grooming tools and accessories direct to pet parents through doodio.store. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Doodio. When we say "you" or "your," we mean you, the visitor or customer.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is yours to use.
3. Products and Availability
We do our best to display products, colors, and materials accurately, but exact appearance can vary slightly between batches and between screens. Wood grain in our beechwood handles is naturally unique to each piece, no two are exactly alike, and that's by design.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, decline orders, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices on the Site are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you'll be charged.
- We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select Buy Now Pay Later providers (Klarna, Afterpay) where available.
- Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel after charging you, we'll refund you in full within 5 business days.
5. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then, no contract exists.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and timelines are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. We ship from our fulfillment partners and use the carriers shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands.
Free shipping applies to orders over $35 shipping within the United States, unless otherwise stated. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Please read the full policy for details.
8. Product Use and Safety
Our grooming tools are designed for pets. Please use them as directed on the product page and the included quick-start guide. We are not responsible for injury, irritation, or damage that results from:
- Use that is rough, forceful, or against our instructions
- Use on a pet with an existing skin condition without consulting a veterinarian first
- Use by anyone under the age of 12 without adult supervision
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations to the product
If your pet has sensitive skin, allergies, or a medical condition, please consult your veterinarian before introducing a new grooming tool or wipe.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, photos, logos, design, code, and product photography, is owned by Doodio or licensed to Doodio and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You're welcome to share your own photos of your pet using our products on social media, and to tag us. By tagging or mentioning Doodio publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost your content with credit.
10. User Accounts and Reviews
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens on your account.
When you leave a product review, you agree that:
- The review reflects your honest experience
- You are not impersonating someone else
- The review does not contain hate speech, illegal content, or personal attacks
- We may publish, edit for length, or remove the review at our discretion
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access areas of the Site or systems you're not authorized to access
- Interfere with the Site's operation or other users' experience
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect data from the Site
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Resell our products through unauthorized channels
We may suspend or block access to anyone violating these rules.
12. Promotions, Discounts, and Codes
Discount codes, promotions, and bundle offers are subject to the terms shown at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise:
- One discount code per order
- Codes cannot be combined with other promotions
- Codes cannot be applied retroactively to past orders
- Codes have an expiration date and are void after
We may end or modify any promotion at any time.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (payment processors, analytics, shipping carriers). We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Use them at your own risk.
14. Disclaimers
The Site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doodio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
This does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doodio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Doodio and its employees, contractors, and partners from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any third party's rights.
17. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using the Site you accept that policy.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If a change is material, we'll do our best to notify you by email or a banner on the Site.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Doodio is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless your local consumer protection law gives you the right to file where you live.

20. Severability
If any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms still apply.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Doodio about the Site and your purchases.
